In Europe and particularly close to the borders, you will find many large call centres. These call centres can provide call answering services as well as providing an outbound facility. One of the benefits of using call centres close to the border is that you can benefit from the language skills of the country over the border and hence take advantage often of cheaper wages. It is for these reasons that French companies use call centres in Morocco and take advantage of the local French language as well as cheaper workforce. You will also find such services in Poland where the highly trained local personnel speak German but also offer cheaper services. There is nothing more satisfying than using cheap labour for the benefit of your own company.
